The Syrian Women’s Association announces its need for an employee to fill the position of “Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant”
Work location: Syria / Jisr Al-Shughur
Contract duration: 12 months
Required conditions:
• University degree in mathematics, statistics, or any related field.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation, preferably in non-governmental organizations
Skills:
o Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data.
o Ability to design data collection tools (questionnaires, interviews, etc.).
o Familiarity with computer programs related to data collection and analysis (such as SPSS, Excel).
o Excellent report writing skills.
o Ability to work independently and in a team.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Good English language skills
• Responsibilities:
 support the M&E Coordinator in implementing and managing the organization’s monitoring and evaluation activities in Syria. This includes data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning.
 Assist in the development and implementation of data collection tools and methodologies
 .Contribute to the preparation of progress reports, evaluation reports, and other M&E documents
