الشروط المطلوبة :
شهادة جامعية في العمل الاجتماعي، الاتصال، أو مجال ذي صلة، مع تفضيل الدراسات العليا في مجال التنمية المجتمعية أو التوعية الصحية.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال العمل الميداني والتوعية المجتمعية، مع التركيز على قضايا المرأة.
المهارات:
القدرة على قيادة وتوجيه الفريق، وبناء علاقات عمل إيجابية.
القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع مختلف الفئات (المستفيدات، الشركاء، الفريق) سواء شفهياً أو كتابياً.
مهارات تقنية: إتقان برامج الكمبيوتر المكتبية (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) وقواعد البيانات.
القدرة على تصميم وتقديم ورش عمل تدريبية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
بناء فريق عمل متماسك، وتحديد الأهداف، وتوزيع المهام، وتقييم أداء الفريق.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط عمل مفصلة لحملات التوعية، بما في ذلك تحديد الأهداف، وتحديد الجماهير المستهدفة، واختيار القنوات المناسبة.
إعداد مواد توعية متنوعة (نشرات، بوسترات، فيديوهات، وغيرها)
متابعة وتقييم الأداءلفريق التوعية الخارجية.
إعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير دورية حول تقدم العمل والإنجازات المحققة.

The Syrian Women’s Association announces its need for an employee to fill the position of “Leader/Team Leader for External Outreach Workers”
Work location: Syria / Jisr Al-Shughour
Required number: 1
Contract duration: 11 months
Required conditions:
• University degree in social work, communication, or related field, with preference for graduate studies in community development or health education.
• At least two years of experience in field work and community awareness, with a focus on women’s issues.
Skills:
 Ability to lead and direct a team, and build positive working relationships.
 The ability to communicate effectively with various groups (beneficiaries, partners, the team), whether orally or in writing.
 Technical skills: Proficiency in office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases.
 Ability to design and deliver training workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building a cohesive work team, setting goals, distributing tasks, and evaluating team performance.
• Develop and implement detailed action plans for awareness campaigns, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate channels.
• Preparing various awareness materials (brochures, posters, videos, etc.)
• Follow up and evaluate the performance of the external awareness team.
• Preparing reports: Preparing periodic reports on the progress of work and achievements achieved.

 المهارات:
القدرة على قيادة وتوجيه الفريق، وبناء علاقات عمل إيجابية.
القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع مختلف الفئات (المستفيدات، الشركاء، الفريق).
إتقان برامج الكمبيوتر المكتبية (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• The ability to communicate effectively with various groups (beneficiaries, partners, the team).
• Proficiency in office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Familiarity with the social services available in the area.
Responsibilities:
• Building a cohesive work team, setting goals, distributing tasks, and evaluating team performance.
• Develop and implement individual and group support plans for beneficiaries, and follow up on the progress of cases.
• Preparing periodic reports on work progress.
• Building collaborative relationships with other organizations and partners.
